At Rooh Collective, we want you to cherish every piece you purchase; however, if your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original, pristine condition to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
